Language is a tool of communication between people from one another in order to meet their needs in life. Many experts who define what is meant by the language, among the definitions of the language is disclosed by Douglas Brown in his book:
"Language is a complex of specialized skills, developing inner child spontaneously, without conscious effort or formal instruction, used without understanding the underlying logic, are qualitatively the same in every person, and different from other skills that are more common in terms of processing information or intelligent behavior. ".
Suitible from explanation above, the language had in definition a skill possessed by a person who has obtained since childhood and developed continuously in accordance with the existing environment. Language ability is not based on anything except for instruction or because the person's ability to speak different. This ability can be measured by the quality of language use without effect other capabilities, because language skills are more common in skill compared to other skills associated with science.
Now day, the English language has become a very important requirement, not only because the English language has been used as a formal language in the association world, but it's also because of growing importance to the relationship in all aspects of life to meet individual needs, group or relationship between the State- countries in the world.
“By the end of the twentieth century english was already well on its way to becoming a genuane lingua franca, that is a language used widely for commmunication between people who do not share the same first (or event second) language”.
On the opinion that, until recently, many countries teach English as its teaching in schools, with community purpose countries can use English properly. However, not all hope that the desire of learning English is as expected, because the process of language learning must be supported by all parties with an interest in learning. The purpose of learning is based on the needs of the country, especially when relations with other countries, however, because English as an international lingua franca, with the ability to use language that is hoped will help to promote their respective countries.
The based of opinion from Wikipedia “International English is the concept of the English language as a global means of communication in numerous dialects, and the movement toward an international standard for the language” . English as international language it means English is media for communication between people from different nations who do not share a common native language.
Since the English as international language, more the country or nations learn English for their school seriously. Every country makes program’s education as subject study in all of level in the school in some country. Furthermore, their language in one country mention with first language and the English for example as second or foreign language.
“First language had same meaning with native language and mother tongue. The definition of first language is used to indicate a language that a person is as proficient in as a native inhabitant of that language’s base a country, or as proficient as the average person who speaks no other language but that language” .
Furthermore, “the second language acquisition is process of learning another language after the basics of the first language had been acquired” . It meant the second language is the language is foreign language from other country, for example in Indonesian’s country, the first language is Indonesian’s language and the foreign is English or Dutch for example.
The learning, A institution need community as study group their learning. It is an attempt to create a learning atmosphere comfortable and quiet, either through engineering or natural properties. Making this society aims to facilitate the learning process, so that it can support successful learning.
In general, the usual learning process using the public is learning the language, especially in foreign language learning. In foreign language learning, a learning institution will use the environment as a tool in coaching children to use foreign languages in daily activities. The creation of this society, beginning with the creation of a special environment for the community, then this will help the children in learning languages, because they can directly practice the language they are learning. “The language environment encompasses everything the language learner heard and sees in the new language. It may include wide variety of situations- exchanges is restaurants and stores, conversations with friends, watching television, reading street signs and newspapers, as well as classroom activities - or it may be very sparse, including only language classroom activities and view books and record”.
According explanation in above, the meaning of language environment is a community learning about new language. In there, they are learning language and try to use the language in all activities suitable with their heard and sees is happen in the environment. They will use the new language in the conversation between student for example in mosque, school, boarding school, office and others place.
The purpose create new community or environment is to make easy for student using new language as foreign language as substitution of first language. It is perhaps to help students using new language, the management or creator make their language as natural or habits in communication.
In the Process of study in education, have two factors, namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Furthermore intrinsic motivation is the smart develop from heart or of them and the extrinsic motivation is the smart to study is developing from out body or external self. In the learning process, it is always those in the every body.
The education, language learning is important, because language is instrument to get knowledge. The language is instrument to understand knowledge for example mathematic, social and other. It is basic to introduce every kinds of knowledge. This is happen, because impossible person able to understand about knowledge so he doesn’t know about the language of knowledge will be learned.
The language learning, it has some kind, namely first language and second language. The first language is mother tough, its means this language as habit in daily activities people in the communication in a country. Moreover, the second language is the language from other country for example English its used in daily activities in one country or community and applying in daily activities.
Nowadays in the global communication, English has international language in one country with another’s. English here usually as first language for example in Singapore and Australia and second language Malaysia Indonesia. To answering the global communication, Indonesian countries try to applying English as one of subject of study in the school beginning in elementary school until high school. It is as methods give matters about language. It as capital to Indonesian people in the community in the life, because since Global era every body has freedom to communication with other country. In the progressive country, English not only as communicate in daily activity but also in the business, government, diplomatic, education so on.
Furthermore, the Indonesian country has Program education for student about language. Usually the language is national language (Indonesia), Arabic and English. The purpose is a process how to make People able using other language in the activity. Because global era will hegemony every people of country not only able used first language but also second or foreign country. It is as needed every body to answer the adventure world of living.
In the learning process about English study, Dulay (1982) utters the good environment have big role in the make student to study English as second language acquisition. In addition, it is also make easy to students successful I the learning new language for student or new community. The language environment encompasses everything of process to study about new language. Using English in all activities example in the class, restaurant, café, watching television, listen of music are daily activities.

While teachers obviously play a crucial role thousand of language learning contexts around the word, they are not essential to the learning process. Many people have managed to acquire fluency an the second language without ever going near teachers”
Suitable the statement in above, the teacher have crucial role to successful of learning process, but the learning process about language in the environment, the big role is community in an environment, and the role of teacher is in the formal institution, for example giving order, in the class.
The modern era of education, the English language in Indonesian country not only practiced by formal institution, but every institution of education is trying to applying English communicative language. The English had subject of study in the institution of formal school and non-formal school in the teaching learning. In the formal and non-formal institution of school, the management of school has more attention about learning of English. Usually if the institution has more attention about English, they have special program about facility and program to their students to used English as subject of study. It is as strategies to give problem solving in the learning about English suitable purpose, target and objective of learning. Generally, the process learning about language to give specially program for teacher, they are creating new community in a environment as method to practice second language. In Indonesia usually the created new community with make a community in a place or usually mention with dominators or boarding school to student life together in there.
The boarding school is as special facilities and programs to students life together in there environment with a new language. It is place to practice second language for student of school in the institution have this program. Generally, the students are living at the boarding school must be used English /Arabic by students in daily activities. The institution of education in Indonesia usually used management to practice this method, example boarding school of Islamic, Muslim Boarding school, general school or special school. The institutions of school in the environment make some rule to student in learning about second language. They are used special program only English/ or Arabic, but some institution used both in the practice.
The reason they used both is the student have balance between Arabic and English that both are Important in the communicative and study about knowledge. Actually, it is needs their life, because the resource of knowledge majority used both languages. Usually the institutions have the special program with used both language is have basic Islamic or Muslim. The Example boarding school of Islamic is Islamic boarding school Gontor in Ponorogo, East Java, Islamic boarding school Al-Muhsin, Metro city, or senior high school Islamic (MAN I Metro) under Religion Department with special program and more other in indonesia.
This research the writer observe the students of MAN I Metro is life in boarding school. MAN I is senior Islamic of high school. It has boarding school for its students as facilities prepared by school. Therefore, the students are school in MAN I Metro and part of student life together in boarding.o. Usually the students are many cities, namely East Lampung, Center Lampung, West Lampung and other places. In the boarding school, the managements have specially program to help student learn about language, Islamic knowledge and another. It prepared their many kind of program those as Islamic studies traditional book, theater, music, scout and English and Arabic. It helps too study as their daily conversations in boarding school. The practice, English and Arabic were use in communicative in the all activities in the boarding school, in the class or out class. The special program both language is change between English and Arabic, one week Arabic one week use English.
Based on the above explanation, there are many factors to success the program, The Major factors in the learning process is environments encompasses micro Environment and macro environment, its could that the language is one of instrument to communication between people and others.. The expert of education make program about boarding school with special program about language especially English and Arabic. The program will help the student able to use English and Arabic in the learning process. They hope with this program, after the students are able to use English and Arabic to in daily activity.
